About the Event
Race Day, sponsored by the Kena Car Club, takes place on the same day as the Daytona 500 - Sunday, February 18, 2024!
Funds raised will support Kena Shriners and are not tax deductable.
On race day, you will be able to walk around ‘pit road’, see the cars, visit the betting table to place your bets, mingle and socialize. During each race, you can cheer for your favorite car.
What is it? Think adult Pinewood Derby! Guests can expect a fun racing atmosphere, great food and drinks, lots of mingling, non-sense, and an enjoyable and entertaining event.
How can I get involved? There are 3 ways to be a part of this event: Spectators: Come to Kena to see the fun. Admission is free. Racers: Be a part of the fun. Enter a car for your chance to cross the finish line. Bet on the Races: That’s right! Take a chance to bet on who will win and you just might take home a pocket full of cash.

Each car you enter requires a $30 entry fee.
