The Kena Yacht Club (KYC) is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Shrine Yacht Clubs (MAASYC). We are a group of boating enthusiasts and the only criteria for membership is to have an interest in boating - you do not require a boat to join. Although a club, we are competitive within MAASYC and we support our temple in parades and other functions.

During the year we enjoy several cruises, normally on the Chesapeake. There are a large number of commodore balls within MAASYC. Both the cruises and the balls provide an excellent opportunity to make meet many other Shriners and their ladies.

We meet on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM. Most of our meeting are pot-luck. Spouses and significant companions are always welcome to join our open deliberations.
